By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts,

We make reasonable efforts to ensure:

- and pricing
are accurate.
However:
- colours and appearance may vary,
- handmade products may differ slightly,
- and packaging may change from time to time.
Weights and sizes are approximate unless otherwise stated.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- change prices at any time,
- correct pricing errors,
- or cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.
Payment must be received before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
5. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
- products are unavailable,
- payment fails,
- fraud is suspected,
- or there has been an obvious pricing or listing error.
An order confirmation email does not constitute legal acceptance of the order.
A contract is formed once the goods are dispatched.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- couriers,
- weather,
- strikes,
- customs,
- or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of goods transfers once payment has been received in full.
7. Product Storage & Handling
Customers must store products in accordance with supplied instructions.
We are not responsible for:
- deterioration caused by improper storage,
- use after best before dates,
- or misuse of products.
8. Allergens & Food Safety
Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen and ingredient information before consumption or resale.
While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee products are entirely free from trace allergens unless explicitly stated.
Trade customers are responsible for:
- ensuring compliance with food labelling laws,
- and passing accurate allergen information to end consumers.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- logos,
- photographs,
- branding,
- product descriptions,
- graphics,
- and text
belongs to JRP Bakery Limited unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence,
- fraud,
- or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to this:
- our liability shall be limited to the value of the order placed,
- and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Business customers acknowledge that products are purchased in the course of business and suitability assessments remain their responsibility.

You agree not to:
- misuse the website,
- introduce malicious software,
- attempt unauthorised access,
- or use the site unlawfully.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
