1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship throughout:

  • mainland United Kingdom,
  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland,
  • Channel Islands,
  • and selected additional regions where available.

We may restrict deliveries to certain postcodes or regions.


2. Dispatch Times

Orders are generally dispatched within:

  • Same day for orders placed before 12:00,
  • Next working day for orders placed after 12:00

During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended.

Trade and bespoke orders may have separate lead times.


3. Delivery Services

We use third-party courier services for deliveries.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Once parcels are handed to the courier, delivery performance is outside our direct control.


4. Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate delivery information,
  • ensuring safe access,
  • and monitoring tracking information where supplied.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • redelivery,
  • returned parcels,
  • or address correction.

We are not liable for spoilage caused by failed delivery attempts where the customer is at fault.


5. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • please photograph the parcel before opening where possible,
  • and contact us within 24 hours.

6. Shelf Life During Transit

Most of our products are developed for ambient transit and storage.

Customers should:

  • unpack products promptly,
  • inspect items on arrival,
  • and store them according to instructions.

Some products, as noted on the product pages, may require refrigeration or freezing upon delivery. It is your responsibility to understand the required storage requirements when placing your order. 


7. Wholesale Deliveries

Trade deliveries may:

  • require pallet or timed delivery arrangements,
  • incur separate carriage charges,
  • or require signed acceptance.

Risk transfers on delivery.

Customers must inspect deliveries promptly.


8. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather,
  • courier disruptions,
  • industrial action,
  • public holidays,
  • or other force majeure events.
